I have nothing but good things to say about my experience. I originally went to look at their used car inventory, and i was very pleased. From the moment we walked on the lot the general manager Evan was the first to introduce himself to us, he brought out Angel who made the process incredibly smooth from start to finish. Not only were they both interested in our wants and needs, but they were attentive and very pleasant to work with. This is my first car buying experience, my parents came with me and they plan on going back to buy a car for themselves in the future due to how great the experience was.
I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience at Mazda of Palm Beach. The beautiful new 2022 Mazda 3 Hatchback is a pleasure to drive, but driving off the lot with this gorgeous vehicle was not the only enjoyable part of the experience. Todd and Matt in the sales department and Rodney in the financial services department each were very attentive, helpful, and willing to address any concerns or questions that I had regarding this vehicle or each of its various features and specifications or any financial matters regarding coverages. They were all very knowledgeable, direct, and communicative throughout the entire process and were able to convey each piece of information in a way that was cordial and genial, while also maintaining their professionalism. I had the absolute best experience from start to finish at Mazda of palm beach I can not recommend them enough.The car is so amazing I am now in my 3rd, 2nd from Ben the manager. He has made every aspect of the entire process so smooth. I used to hate dealerships and having to get a car now I enjoy it! I always get exactly what I want at the best price with no hassle. I leave each time feeling great about it. The salesman on this car John L was awesome too he made it so simple. Rodney in finance was fabulous too!! And it doesn’t stop once “they have your money”. The customer service and the actual service department is phenomenal as well. I can not recommend this dealership specifically enough! You will not regret a car from Ben here.
This is my 2nd time getting a vehicle here and Matthew was very helpful and straightforward with my purchase and I am very happy that he was my salesman and Wilbert was great in the finance dept. Just purchased a vehicle from Angel. He was very knowledgeable about cars, engines, etc. Very friendly and helpful. True car enthusiast! Jason the GM came out to personally thank us for our business. Gave us more history about the car we were purchasing and pleasantly surprised of how we were getting a true gem. Gave us a deep discount which totally sealed the deal! Nice to have had that type of interaction with their staff. Anthony in finance truly looked out and got us a great deal with a low interest rate. Overall, my husband and I had a great experience! Oh! And I forgot to mention the coffee machine is off the hook!

The best experience buying and servicing a vehicle. Bought my pickup from their great selection of used trucks in June 2021. LOVED IT! My condo association did not. 6 months later came right back to Palm Beach Mazda because of the great experience buying that truck. Ben was great and helped me find a replacement in budget and acceptable to my association. Spoke with sales manager Jason, a straight shooter, and shook hands in seconds! No Bull! and a fair deal. Love these guys. Had an issue and Darren in service was all over it. No penny pinching. These guys just want to sell cars! I have many horror stories buying cars over the years... No more.
